Alcohol and drugs take a hard toll on the body, mind, and lives of both users and their loved ones. Many who struggle with addiction woes feel powerless and trapped, with little hope of regaining control. Alcohol and drug addiction is a complex problem with resultant psychological, physical and social consequences.
At TQ we use proven, evidence-based treatment methods to break the chains of addiction and reclaim one’s life while helping them to remain substance free. Our integrated treatment approach assists adults to gain social support, learn new coping skills and develop healthy relationships. We also specialize in the treatment of opiate addiction and offer medically assisted detoxification to adults in our program.
Our programs consist of a wide range of relapse prevention, education and social support groups delivered in a structured manner over a period of 8 to 12 weeks.
Treatment is designed to be a directive and non-confrontational approach that focuses on current issues and behavior change with our compassionate, dedicated and caring team offering first class service. Our clients will find that despite initial feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, they will be empowered to create a life worth living one meaningful day at a time
Our addiction recovery program entails:
- Comprehensive intake assessment by our multi-disciplinary team to determine the individual’s unique needs and personalize their management.
- Detoxification
- Participation in individualized and group therapies which includes 12-steps groups; relapse prevention, anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavior therapy (DBT) skills for recovery, stress management, mindfulness, communication skills, nutrition groups and expressive therapies (Art, Music, etc).
- Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Discharge/Aftercare Planning.
